I’ve been a resident at The Belmont Apartments for going on 15 years and it’s been great. The location is wonderful, the building has charm, the neighbors are very friendly and Andy and Brad are awesome. The buildings are older and dated but that adds character and the upkeep is fantastic. The rent is extremely affordable and given the location is well worth it. Whenever I need assistance, things are always addressed in a professional and kind manner. I’ve highly recommended The Belmont Apartments to anyone looking and will continue to do so. Thank you! ☀️

Being an apartment, and at the very beginning of my lease, this review is likely to be updated until the end of the lease period. First impressions of the manager are very good; Andy is absolutely awesome. The apartments are dated; but that's ok.

Andy and Brad are great! These apartments are nice and reasonably priced. Management is easily accessible and quick to respond. I really enjoyed living here for a few years.

I really wanted to live here. I have good employment, good rental history, and I'm a responsible lessee. However, even after sending in three emails to Andy, the property manager, I was ghosted and not offered a chance for a tour or to apply, both of which I really wanted to do. I was initially sent back one email with additional information on the place around three weeks ago, which I promptly answered saying that I was interested in seeing it and applying. Nothing. A week later I sent another email stating that I was really interested in seeing the place and applying. Nothing. A week after that I sent a third email and again heard nothing back. Guess I won't be living here after all, but I really wanted to. Just a sad experience all-around.
