Absolutely the WORST management I’ve ever experienced!!! Here at Mason Greene apartments in Monticello Ky, we haven’t seen or been able to get ahold of management in over a month! Some even without power due to not receiving their utility reimbursement checks! Something needs to be done NOW!!! Let’s not even mention my sister had a move in date (she was HOMELESS) and they ghosted her!

I am still waiting on the regional manager to call me back for a money order that their manager lost of mine. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Anyone reading this please give me advice, besides also I am contacting the BBB.

I have been calling corporate for almost 2 months. Without an answer. I have most definitely left voice-mails with no call back. I have asked my property manager. She said she would try to get me their contact info. And again still I haven't heard any thing back. Can someone, anyone please tell me who I need to contact & how to get in contact with them.

Don't expect any communication from this company. I have called daily for nearly the past two months about my security deposit. We left our unit in very good shape and always paid rent on time. The resident (future, present or past) should not have to try to jump through so many hoops to receive a $700 security deposit from a multi-million/billion dollar company.

Stanton Oaks Apartments needs to be torn down bad as hell.because there's to many dangerously life threatening alarming issues.that hasn't being addressed since they've being built for low income based housing.these apartments are so unsafe for anyone to live in and this is the main reason why they can't keep a landlord in they're rental office because they're even in fear for their safety.and it doesn't matter if they has to wear bullet proof vests or not based on their crime's and no real Justice for the victims...I'm sure if their unsafe tenants would have the means to live better that they would.
I have been waiting for them to replace a burner on my stove. I moved in September 13th and had the burner go out three weeks ago. Finally left a voicemail saying that I was going to buy one and deduct the cost from the rent. Our office is closed practally every day and if the manager shows up, she never answers the phone or unlocks the office.
Because people don't follow the rules.

I've been on the waiting list for a year and on my application it's saying when a credit check has been done I will be notified. So I'm starting to wonder if a poor credit score does affect the application. The way I see it, it's not a sin or a crime to be poor
