Why? Why is Pad Thai in Columbus so bad? Every single place has the same style of Pad Thai that is so bland, so off white in color, not flavorful, at all. In Cleveland, there are at least five different places with Pad Thai better than any place I’ve had in this city. Go up to Cleveland and try some actual good Pad Thai and copy their recipes, because this is garbage.
