This company plays a weird game. They take unwrapped furniture from houses on our route but not from the apartments. Seems a little fishy to me. Are you trying to insinuate something? Apartment dwellers all have bed bugs while home owners don’t? When you call and talk to them they’re rude. They leave cans in the middle of the road and the middle of driveways. Just overall unimpressed.

They are horrible. If they drop anything, they just leave it in the street. Trash everywhere on trash day. The trucks leak all over the streets.

So upset with this place. I missed one payment for 55.00. Complete oversight. They came 2 weeks later and picked up one trash can. I called to find out if they took the can, they replied "Yes" for a late payment. I apologized, said it was an oversight on my part. Asked what I needed to pay. The rep states "360.00". I was shocked. For a balnce of 55.00. She states well you have to pay for the trash cans. What? You took one and the other is sitting here. Rep 'Ok hold on a minute. Oh I see that is not right. Let me adjust the 300 for the trash cans. Ok, you owe 56.75 for the bill." I paid the amount. Rep " Thank you, your can will be returned in 7 to buisness days". On the 14th buisness day, no trash can. I called, stated doing a follow up to see when trash can would be returned. Rep "well you have a 10.00 balance on your account that needs to be paid first" excuse me! I paid what I was told to pay and was told the trash can would be returned. You are joking right? Rep "No, there is a reactivation fee" I told her I was never advised of this and will not be paying it. Rep "Ok, let me get this order put in for you and I will put it as a high priority" What freaking Joke!! I feel like they will try anything to get extra money, but if you get upset, and I mean not yelling, but crying, they change their story. Awful awful customer service. Need to talk to the city to see if there is anyway to change from this company.

They almost always leave recycling items behind because it’s not “clearly labeled”. Even though everything is very obviously seperated by my mailbox.

For the past two designated trash/yard waste pickups, mine have been left. I was told the first time this occurred it would be picked up next trash day (TODAY), but again it has been left. When will this be resumed....for real?

Depends on where you live and depends on if u just get trash or get trash and recycling bins or trash and recycling can. I usually pay about 50 every 3 months and recycling cans are 7 added to it so not bad at all
No it is not recyclable. They will throw it out or put it in your trash can so just put it in your trash can.
