Jose Felix Cabrera Larios is very passionate and has has helped us extremely, he educated us regarding our rights as tenets and is always available to our questions. He goes out and beyond his job to find a way to help you. I highly reccomend him and is passionate about helping his community. We were really stressed out but his guidance has given us peace and better sleep! THIS PEOPLE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE THEY START OUT BY SAYING IF YOU LIVE IN A NON RENT CONTROL AREA YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS AND YOUR LANDLORD CAN DO WHAT EVER HE/SHE Pleases ,Renter’s have A LOT of rights most just don’t realize it. If you end up with a crummy landlord, it’s often worth a bit of research to determine if he or she is actually breaking the law and what you can do about it (((WITH OR WITHOUT RENT CONTROL)))
