This place has been giving my mother the run around they don't do a dam thing my mom is mentally disabled and a diabetic along with other health complications and they are suppose to get her housing everyday we follow up its the same answers and now there always unavailable or when they are in it still goes to voicemail then they hangup on you they say there is no supervisor in the office everyday and I would like to know the chain of command who do I go to from here the BBB? If anyone knows please reach out

before i could even get into the store a secueity guard or store owner approached my car. demanding to know why i parked here. i replied for the stores(i was looking,to buy some flowers from anna's flowers) he started quizing me demanding to know exactly what store. first off no one should ever approach another human being in this way ever but second the fact i came to shop and thrown out of their parking garage 15 minutes prior to the shop closing. if i could give ot 0 stars i would and i hope no one ever have such a experience like mine

very difficult to deal with .. seems as if there goal is to frustrate and treat you like dirt. issues of retaliation and highly unprofessional behavior. they do anything and everything to make it difficult to obtain and keep your daycare. they do not accommodate whatsoever. they are negligent. never take responsibility and constantly blame the parent for their negligence or not doing their job. always threatening to terminate daycare with every communication. very stressful to people who need help the most. good luck. very shady. not helpful. threatening. go with crystal stairs if you can. These people are crooks;over charge and charge ahead. Parents and providers will tell you horror stories about them and their threats and negligence. they are never to blame and you and the provider always are. be nice to them or else. Try calling them.
