We had a fabulous experience on this tour. What an incredible way to see the city. The staff was super professional and the guide was very impressive. Well done!

Scott made this tour memorable, his well balanced sense of humor and historical facts was simply amazing. Our group was laughing throughout the tour while learning about this amazing historical city. Highly recommend the tour with Scott!

Hello from Texas. Simply put...We loved it!! We arrived earlier than our initial tour and were able to be accomdated for an earlier schedule. This was our first time ever in Chicago. Traffic was horrible. But this tour, the staff on board and surrounding areas made up for it. Definitely plan on making another trip sometime in the future. And definitely booking another tour. Gracias. -Flores Fam.

On the numerous voyages I have taken, I have never experienced translation to any other language
Yes, you can bring bags but they will check for outside food snacks & drinks and won’t allow it. I’ve seen some make exception for water if you have a baby—but that depends!
We went in the rain.
The Chicago River....
There is a 45 minuute tour and a 90 minute tour. We were on the 90 minute two and it ended up taking over two hours due to delays at the locks. Give yourself time in between activities.
I took the 90 min. tour and it went as far as the lock for Lake Michigan.
Yes, they also sell drinks and snacks on the deck below.
Just took this tour last Friday. 90 minutes is just the length of the tour itself, without getting on and off the boat. You will be off the boat in about 5-8 minutes at the longest
Sometimes they are sold out when you arrive so buying online guarantees you a space, as long as you aren't late!
They are very good about switching if you decide you want daytime.
You don't have to be there too early it takes time to boardYou don't have to be there real early it takes time to board but if you want a good seat you want to be there early But you can walk around the boat also
I used a nearby garage but it felt expensive. I would use space hero next time
It depends on the tour that you choose. Some tours are architecture and river tour and others are architecture and lake tour. Read each one carefully. I reccomend the architecture and lake tour at night(ours was at 830pm). We just went on July 3rd and the sunset and breeze were awesome! The bar and snacks were open. Mask required but not everyone kept them on.
The long tour includes lake Michigan
With it getting dark early I would recommend an earlier tour. Sure the lights in Chicago at night are nice, but there's a lot about the tour that I think calls for daytime
Yes. There is a parking lot at the bottom of the Wrigley building. You can find it using spothero.com and use the address of Wendella 400 n Michigan. The cost depends on the day, time and how many spaces there are.
Not sure about that, I'd call to confirm that information.
Get the Spot Hero app. It will help a lot to reserve and get reasonably priced parking within the city
Yes but would have to be in a parking garage so it will cost you to park.
They take both
You can use both. They accept credit cards also
No. Only english ✨
I do not know, my daughter invited me.
Why wld you want a refund? rain or shine, it's a great experience...
Pricing is not bad, 1hr and a half ride for both the river and lake tour. Price was like 35.00 a person. Best part aside from the great buildings and info wld be THE LOCK.... that's where u make the transition from the river to the lake and vice versa.
Credit cards are welcome
There is an enclosed area on the first deck with a bar and the bathroom
Spot Hero is your. best bet, no free parking.
There are many places to park nearby. Walking distance from the boats.
No sorry
Right in front of the trump tower. On rush st and north water st. Behind the wrigley building
50% off on tuesdays with valid ID
Most rides are $39 a person. $18 for kids 3yrs to 11yrs. 2yrs and under is free
There is a parking across the street
It's all on their website
Get off at Grand. Walk east to Michigan, then south to the river.
Online, but get there early to get the best seats
Yes! It's very safe, dont worry about it.
Architecture Tour definitely worth it. It's much better than the Lake boat tour.
How much is it per person to take a tour?
