Just took this tour last Friday. 90 minutes is just the length of the tour itself, without getting on and off the boat. You will be off the boat in about 5-8 minutes at the longest
I don't think that includes disembarkation, it took what felt like 5 minutes (if that) to unload.
We were on in 10 minutes but generally you would not want to wait until it's time to board to go by your tickets. We also waited about another 10 minutes to let people arriving late get on that does not include tour time. The tour from time of debarkation to returning is a full 90 minutes.
Does not include boarding time, you'll want to get there early (up to 30 min) to get a good seat. Plan on 5-10 min to disembark
The 90 minutes does not include embark or disembark timing, so add like 10 minutes for each. You will want to be there early, so that embark may be longer. If for whatever reason they don't have space to dock, then expect a few more minutes of touting.
You get the full time we'll maybe a little more time so be prepared for a hour & 45 minutes great tour
