I am very pleased with the services and interactions with 7Rent. We lived in one of the homes for a year and I couldn't have been happier. If there were any maintenance issues they were dealt with in a very efficient manner and around my schedule, which was so helpful being a working mother. Due to 7Rent being a family owned company, I was able to be in direct contact with the owner. Unfortunately, I came upon some financial difficulties and the owner was willing to work with me to help resolve the issue. The only reason that I no longer reside in one of the properties is that I needed to downsize. Unfortunately, 7Rent did not have any property available that fit my needs. I would absolutely recommend 7Rent to anyone looking for a rental home in central Ohio!

Landlord works very well with you and accommodating. Maintenance is timely and helpful. Place is clean and has all that you need if you’re cool with a small room. I was very happy living here.

I had the opposite of your typical college landlord experience through 7Rent! They were super kind and always made sure we were on the same page with terms. Winnie always notified us when someone was going to enter the apartment which made me feel safe as a young woman on a college campus. We even got sent a Christmas card! 7rent is a great company to chose if you’re looking for people who really care.

She helped me find a new roommate during my law school finals, and was truly invested in making sure my apartment was safe.
