Went into the store today to change my mobile service. Damon hands down is the most patient person. There are some things that have to be done in order for me to transfer my number, he never got frustrated and offered to help me get it resolved no questions asked. If I could give him 10 stars I definitely would!!!

Even tho I was directed by customer service to return my modem to this store after canceling service they are unable to scan and provide a receipt. Told me to go to the UPS store! They only do equipment exchange here. When I said I was told to come here the response was Well they are just trying to get you off the phone, they don't care. Come on spectrum you can do better than this!
