Yes,but no tables inside it unless the park added the tables this year. There are different tables with benches around the park.

1:00 p.m. is way too early. Another source [an organization that is scheduling volunteers for Sunday at its ComFest booth] says 8:00 p.m. which makes more sense than 1:00 p.m.
