Been coming and all good except the last time. The person bringing the drinks out got upset because we asked for a cup holder. Very rude, please ask that they be more understanding with the customers.

John, everyone has a bad day and if your service is usually good then try and take it with a grain of salt. Realize they are on their feet all day, rarely tipped, and underpaid.

I have only been to this place once before. My experience was quite different.

I've seen the opposite at two Sonic's near me, east valley, swamped, long drive through line, not enough car hops, but cheerful staff, politely getting the job done.
