I hate it here. Bad service an customer service daily. All I want everyday is 1 simple cup of coffee, minus coffee grains an extra water. Since the prices went up , quality went down for sure. You need to train your employees the correct way. I see why y'all have restaurant brawls across the world. This is a real messy business!!!! I went back several times since^^^. The service is still horrible, today I told the manager she doesn't even care. The coffee price has went up!! It's watered-down with coffee grains. You may as well add that too the menu as well!!!! Why is it a star here? I keep removing it

They should tear down this location and just use it as a parking lot for the surrounding businesses. The drive thru line always has 20+ cars. It takes forever. Don't bother ordering from the app. If you do you will get your food last. They take care of every car and every customer indoors before they get yours. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app. Also, check your bag before your leave. GUARANTEE that they forgot something of yours. Do yourself a favor, go to Burger King or Filibertos across the street.

My kids love McDonald's. The employees are kind and considerate. Nice and clean. Meals are served fresh and service is great.
