Horrible customer service. Messed up order. Mgr was on her cellphone laughing it up instead trying to fix our order. Gave out bite size pieces of chicken which was dried out and not edible. Soda machine out of all drinks. Workers look like they been eating all the inventory. Only positive thing is the lobby was open. Will never return to this location again. I will be contacting GM Tony Eiland.

Worst Popeyes ever. Ordered fries, got mashed Potatoes. Then got Buffalo sauce with my shrimp. Went back after waiting in drive thru to find out they are out of Cocktail sauce. How are you OUT of Cocktail sauce on Good Friday before noon. You could at least tell your customers when they order shrimp, that you are out of Cocktail sauce. I would have not ordered it. Don't just assume everyone would substitute with Buffalo sauce. And NO i don't want Tarter Sauce for my shrimp. Wish i could give them 0 stars.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Took two bites and the chicken felt like rubber!!!! Took the bun off and it looked like this under 🤦🏽‍♂️

Love the sandwiches but they have said they are out of Chicken sandwiches and only have spicy ones and this was 30 minutes before they closed early. This was the 3rd store to say the same thing. I understand that the sandwich is popular but for 3 stores 6 times in a week(we had gone to the same store twice with 2 stores throughout the week.) It is ridiculous to think that they must be getting orders in daily for this to be true.
