I drove into the drive through at 10:15 pm and waited for at least 10 to 15 minutes for the person in the car in front of me to put in their order. Then I drive up to give my order after waiting for 5 minutes for someone to talk over the speaker just to say hold on a few more minutes. Needless to say my patience wore thin and I had already wasted over 20 minutes in a drive through. I would have backed up and left if it wasn't for the long line of cars waiting behind me. So I drove through without bothering to order, waited for the person in front of me to get his order, then I drove off and went home empty handed. I wasn't the only one that left without ordering as I watched others in line follow my lead. I don't know if they just don't have enough staff working there late night, but if that's the case I would think management would close down early if they can't keep up with customer demand. JITB is one of my favorites, but this place just lost a customer because I won't be coming back to this location. That is very poor customer service, especially for a first time visitor at this particular location. I am truly disappointed.

The worst location ever. I live across the street and for the past year I haven’t been able to get one meal out of this place 😂 they don’t answer the window, the payment machine is down, and almost all their items not available to order.

Some mistakes was made regarding my order but when I spoke with management respectfully they correctly remade the order and gave me a full refund. This store is under staffed and very busy but they are polite and not too busy to make a wrong order right. Thank you!

This restaurant has no customer service their rude they take forever and they don't get your order right and I would not recommend jack in the box to no one, sorry no excuse for that kind of customer service we spend our money we should get good service especially great food.....

bad service too much spices in my food the potatoes with something that looks like charcoal salty and cold food and they never answer the phone I was there around 8:30 pm the cashier denied various things then they have a menu if they are going to sell it definitely very bad service
