Hate this place. Day Manager is rude and condescending. And extremely disrespectful and should either be fired or sent for retraining. Dining room was dirty. Food was slow and came out wrong as well as cold. Will never eat there again!!

This Jack in the Box location always seems to have their lobby closed so that the workers can fool around and only do drive through. Its always a different excuse from each worker. One told us their computers were down but conveniently only the lobby ones. One said it was because the restrooms were out of order. One said they opened at hours that aren't at the hours posted on the door, hoping that the 6 people waiting outside past time would just leave. In the pictures posted you can see the workers poking their head around the counters to see if we were still there. If you ask for a manager theyll tell you there is no manager. This keeps happening so... maybe they really DONT have a legit manager present. Is corporate unaware they do this at this location? Even the "tell us how we're doing" number is disabled. What terrible business.

After placing an order through the app I proceeded to restaurant to pickup my order only to find out that the entire restaurant was closed for the night, even though it says it is open 24 hours. Also the money that was charged to my account has not been returned to my account YET!!

Usually this Jack in the Box is really good but this time they gave me all of the little burnt scraps of curly fries that almost broke my teeth. They’re not fully curly and soft like they should be but brittle and hard. Kinda disappointed :/
