Worst jack in the box I ever been to. Everytime they either have the drive thru blocked or most recently they "aren't serving burgers rn" literally that's what she just said not that they were out but just not serving them. Wow. Ridiculous.

They are really opened when I go. Last time I went at 11:50pm there were pallets blocking the drive thru. The time before that they Saud cash only and the time before that pallets blocking the drive threat 12:30am

Evidently, the owner has no problem paying their employees to sit up front texting on their phones. It's like this every night at this location. Drive through is always blocked off and these guys as sitting up front getting paid to do nothing. Real fine display of management at this location.

Took 16 minutes for someone to recognize we were standing there ready to order. Watch to the guys flirt with one of the females and the other female was too busy playing with the so-called manager's hair by the grill. And the time I got my food it was disgusting it wasn't cooked then they want to charge me for a ranch.
