I've been coming to this particular location on South Central for a very long time. First of all the gentleman that took our order was so confused on our order and I specifically told him what I wanted and I got the opposite. I asked for extra butter and when we checked our order there was none in there. Then he told me that I could only get coffee and not fountain drink I've always gotten a fountain drink at this location. Then on top of that I asked about a senior discount on my drink and they said the only thing they give senior discount is on coffee. I think more than anything my feelings are hurt because my husband and I have been coming here for well over 15 years and things just changed. The customer service was terrible I spoke with Augustin who I believe to be the manager at the time. I told him that I do reviews on a regular basis and advised him that I was going to do a review on his restaurant and not a very nice review, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said go ahead "very rudely". He was very unprofessional. We're not coming to this Jack in the box anymore and I will tell my friends and family about the rude and terrible service here. PS they had absolutely no problem accepting my credit card for payment.

They gave me the hardest oldest nastiest tacos with wilted lettuce and a stale tortilla that I couldn't even bite through. Jack in the box is usually one of my favorite joints to grab a quick taco cuz they're so different but this was ridiculous! I took it back inside and talk to the manager who is watching videos on his phone in the lobby and told him that this was not acceptable to make me another set of tacos that were somewhat fresh and he did oblige that I can give them but there was no apology given which I feel was warranted. Overall I don't think I'll be stopping to eat at this Jack in the box again.

Drive thru, rude staff, not helpfully (male mgr) at window, rushed, pushy, items missing from order. Card reader not working, AGAIN! Luckily others in car had cash. Won't rtn to this Location. Has been getting worse last Months & random closing during normal hrs, so avoid Location.

Great breakfast! I have a coupon for buy 1 get one free. For $5.20, I have two satisfying meals. Taste good and well prepared and fresh.
