Every time I go here I wish I would have never! The “Manager” Bree is super rude (All Of The Time)and not for the customers! I ordered a large popcorn chicken box and the Quantity was way off! I order the same thing all the time and she argued with me that it was made right . Her and the cashier even laughed as they were handling my order witch made me pull over and check my food and as I thought they were laughing at the messed up box combo they gave me. As a Manager in the fast food industry I find this place to be super unprofessional and they are overly lacking in the customer service area

This has been the longest fast food line I’ve had to wait through I pull up to jack in the box to order 2 breakfast sandwiches and it takes 45 min… very poor service not a recommendation

Employees aren’t wearing gloves while handling food, the cashier was handing both money and food without gloves or washing her hands after checking me out. I saw the girl in the back the was making my “curly fries take out half my curly fries when they were already made. To only find out the my box was filled with French fries and only a couple of curly fries in there. 5 bucks for curly fries to receive French fries. I came back and the employees were smoking outside so I’m pretty sure all that cigarette smokes come along when buying there. It’s the only jack in the box open in the area late. Not worth it.

No greetings or avoiding customers assistance. But ordered clearly and they got it wrong and instead of fixing the order it was met with attitude. Order was nacho tiny tacos, I got regular. I told them about it and the dude just put alot of seasoning powder on it. Enjoy this location at your own risk.
