I use to love coming here a few years ago but since I’ve been back the employees are rude and KRISTA who was blonde and looked in her 40-50s was sweating all over, KRISTA was extremely rude and didn’t allow me to go to the bathroom I felt it was racially motivated because she expressed that she did not want me to use the restroom due to her not wanting to clean up after me, as if I was going to trash the place ?? I just wanted to wash my hands because the place was filthy with beetles crawling.. and when we first arrived the floors were wet without a sign and she advised us to be careful because she had just washed the floors which were completely wet with dirt and a few bugs she rolled her eyes after. After her refusing to let paying customers use the bathroom to wash our hands we asked for a full refund due to her very immature behavior and because she looked kinda slovenly and she was sweating a lot her coworkers were also all glaring at us. I won’t come back here unfortunately That was too awful of an experience and I would advise people to just go the Jack and box on Union and 7th because they were a lot nicer. Do not come here they are careless with your food and rude because your ordering it, & it seems like KRISTA hangs out behind circle k at night to get her fix if you know what I mean…

The staff was nice and the service was acceptable. My fries and egg rolls however were so overcooked as to basically be inedible. I also ordered egg rolls and then asked for sweet and sour and they told me that they had no sweet and sour but I had already paid for the egg rolls at that point. The Coca-Cola was also not mixed correctly or something because it was also not able to be consumed.

. Only place open says 24 hours. Everytime I go there in middle of night the "system is down" well the kitchen still works and I can pay cash. Rude employee refused to help me out or apologize for being closed. She says they are closed from 3 -4:30 am every morning. Well maybe u Shud put up a sign or say that in your hours. False advertising. This could be a lawsuit. At least block the drive thru during those hours. So if the system is down the employee just sits on the phone and sits down in the lobby. Unbelievable.dont bother responding to this "owner" I read the other reviews and it seems like this place needs a new owner or new management. Other reviews speak of theft, food poisoning, weak, rude customer service. Don't ask me to fill out your stupid form on your website. I WILL NEVER GO TO A JACK IN THE BOX AGAIN. And to be fair it's really not the employees fault it's just bad ownership/management. Employee really didn't do anything really wrong.

This place is great they took care of us and that good service. Hey maybe they should get you some clothes that fit though that's not a good look
