Went through the drive thru and ordered a lot of food. I was expecting something to be missing as my order was a lot. The drive thur staff were rock stars! I didn’t get the guys name that waited on us but he was awesome. He was super friendly, generous with sauces and confirmed my order with every bag hand off. The food was great too and they missed nothing. I ordered a club bacon sandwich for the first time, I was so surprised with the quality. Everything tasted fresh and hot.

Hands down the best jack in the box in Phoenix! They have the best customer service. There is one guy that always takes our order if we go there in the morning - his customer service is top notch! Really appreciate it especially when it feels like the service at many other drive thru in the area is non-existent.
