This place serves old food and their drive thru people like to pretend they can’t take card so they don’t have to take your order. Not to mention asking me to back up from the window to make it seem like their drive thru times are good.

I'm not a Jack in The box fan. But, I really wanted a chocolate shake. The drive-thru line was quick and the attendant was very efficient.

tired of this under cooked and cold food. get better employees with all these price increases pay more. this is getting ridiculous. covid isnt even a think anymore, or at least your workers dont wear mask

I am extremely disappointed on how the Shift Mgr at this location was acting towards customers, He was rude to a woman that asked for creamer for her coffee even lashed out at one of his coworkers, good thing she lashed right back at him. How can someone that acts like this work in customer service?

They are wearing mask and gloves in the drive thru. They also use a container to give you your food. They are trying to have a contactless approach.
