Ended up at Jack after a late night baseball game. The line at the drive through was pretty long and the wait was longer. But our food was hot and french fries were fresh! So can't complain too much. The guy taking our order was friendly and offered great customer service even though he was swamped.

Could not accept payment on 2 different cards? The young lady ordering the food was very upset because she is mentally challenged and wanted to pay for her own food. I was the driver and didn't understand either you should be able to pay for your food with any legal means. The last time I was at this location which is by my house they said they only accept cash. Customer service at this location doesn't exist!

I was here at 4:30 in the morning. The app was not functioning so I went to drive through. They told me that I could only order online. I told him I tried but the app is not functioning. The drive-thru person told me that they are only serving Uber eats or Postmates customers. All your signage says 24 hour drive thru but the person told me that you guys close at 4:00 a.m. and open up at 6 a.m. I told them hold on a minute and I'll get a pick-up in. As I was opening the app the person at the drive-thru threatened to call the police on me for not leaving. Why would you threaten to call the police on a customer that's trying to make an order? If I could give you zero stars, I would. I will be calling your corporate office on Monday.

Great restaurant very nice employees they were kinda enough to let me charge my phone to full, hopefully the evening staff will do the same especially since it's starting to rain a little bit now. And the shift leader Sabrina was kind enough to let me charge my phone and get out of the wind and dirt. Thanks Jack in the Box.
