very unprofessional, properties have trash everywhere, and the management is incredibly rude. don't bother doing business with them. edit to reply: i use a nickname, but good attempt trying to undermine a negative review! lol maybe you guys need to handle negative reviews in a professional manner and actually improve your business, instead of throwing a hissy fit when people criticize problems. you can’t get away with how you treat people. do better.

I have not rented from them before, but I have a friend who does and I have been over multiple times. The laundry room is god awful, no one takes care of it. But the real reason I am writing this review is what I had witnessed yesterday outside. There was a couple who seemed to be interested in renting, and they were getting screamed at by management. They tried to de escalate the situation but the man got up in their face and continued screaming at them. Saying he would never rent to people like them. Curious, I asked if the couple was ok later on and they informed me the situation derived from them commenting about the nasty laundry room (ha!). Unbelievable. Very unprofessional and I’m urging my friend to move out, they have already complained to me that Management is short and nasty and unwilling to help whenever they are called.
