There is something shady at this Jack after 10pm. They only take cash and when I ordered 2 double bacon cheese burger combos for $7.99 and when I got to the window to pay $16 for my food the guy in the window tells me I only ordered two burgers and not the combos. I told him I ordered the combos but he insisted I only ordered the two burgers. It seems to me they are skimming the cash register and using unpaid or on hold orders to get them out the system and stash the cash. In my opinion.

If I could give no stars I would. It is 3pm on June 9th. I went through the drive through. I could barely hear the girl. She kept screaming about if the order was correct it was not. Some other female came on and told me I didn't know math. So I pulled forward. The girl said 10.72! Yelling I asked her to repeat back to me what I ordered and two employee told me verbatim "if you would shut the hell up I would tell you!" I pulled away. I have been coming here for years and this is absolutely unacceptable.

Got breakfast for my family. Ordered 4 breakfast jacks with bacon. Got 4 breakfast jacks with ham. & did not even give me a receipt. Ham is a up charge so not only did I over pay we got the wrong food and when I called to let the lady know she hung up on me and left the phone off the hook on purpose. Worst jack in the box I have ever encountered if I could give 0 stars would be more accurate. Very unhappy customer

Not sure how this place is even rated 3.5 stars they are by far the worst jack in the box I have ever been too. Food was horrible and undercooked they took my money for several things and didn’t put in the bag and on top of that I look at the girl as she hands me my drink and clarified my drink she said yes that’s it and what would you know she gave me the wrong drink. We shouldn’t have to check out our bags and sip our drink to make sure it right. I called up there they have no one is charge, this girl Lisa who proceeds to say “ this is why I’m not a manager” wow you have great people working there. Whatever you do Do Not go to this Jack in the box especially if you get Lisa or Joselyn your order will be messed up.
