Awful. Our car was totaled in an accident April 15th 2022 and we have had LITTLE communication with agents at this office. After the total loss, we were informed that the office needed power of attorney paperwork to finalize the loss and refund us the money over the amount owed on the loan. They were able to pay off the loan, but somehow, we've sent out the exact same requested paperwork TWICE after having it notarized at our local town clerk's office, EXACTLY AS THE PAPERWORK WAS INSTRUCTED TO BE FILLED OUT, and we just received another email that it's wrong. Meaning we have to fill it out for a THIRD TIME and hope that we can receive our nearly $5,000 owed before it hits TWO MONTHS since the claim was initially filed. I called, no answer, leave a message. We'll be switching insurance companies.

I have been with em over 10 years.now poor attitude. Accusative rep .don't notify the r discuss change options end of year.just do the change and rove 600$ more a month from account 3 months before noticing.as due to covid No work ccmputer email.no curtousy call after year on like Ms Prat did every ye as Rd as I'm disabled and discussed yearly review.add other insurances based on like Fe work etc.tbis new one said that is a problem old one.if your auto pay it continues ongoing.we can change price policy and don't call to discuss. Recently had accident.had to cancel policy.im disabled. Needing emergency. Surgery .no electric loosing apart no food no meds zero balance in account as they over drew each monthly payment 500 more than agreed on a year ago.mire than I get for sddi live on. No call before chance discuss options.was mean as I got in accident my fault And she felt old rep I'm used to Ms Prat that was. Great.was wrong by doing that.i cancelled policy in middle of things.destroyed everything .as no money as she took out without prison more than I get monthly just insurance.no help offered didn't care. So no insurance need surgery loosing as ppl art me ent n ok meds etc Bounce do it bills no we ft of r months .no insurance. No consults by phone choices they do what they a as nts .don't have choice to changed policy year to year no ok signature be or be ok k.just done.the be new rep is disgraceful and ellegally lazy with no customer services no advice.and blaming with no guidance when needed.new rep should be fired.she cuts down past good reps that were there for me.
