Everything about visits to NHNSI works well, from check in to leaving. I've never had a long wait for my appointment, sometimes even being brought in before my scheduled time. Dr. Frates gives me significant confidence. And he is very personable.

My appt today with Dr. Frates was great. He was calm and explained what he was going to do and how the shots should work. The receptionists were cordial. The person that brought me into the exam room was very pleasant and friendly. Thank you all for helping to make this a good experience.

Dr. Uri Ahn is an amazing and caring doctor. After several months of increasing pain and immobility from a herniated disc and associated sciatica, he wisely evaluated the best course of action for me, which we both agreed needed to be a surgery. He answered all questions and set my mind at ease. I had immediate relief post-surgery and, several months out, have regained walking ability and daily activities. If ever I had need, I would absolutely return for other medical need. I am very grateful for his skillful practice, as well as his efficient and knowledgeable team.

Dr. Gamble and his support staff and physical therapy team have helped me beyond words. I was in terrible pain, barely walking and feeling hopeless. I struggled into the office crying and had an appointment in 2 days. Jen set me up with MRI's, medication, shots and a future appointment with DR. Gamble. When I saw DR. Gamble her knew exactly what I needed, scheduled the surgery and I am forever grateful for my life back. He is a brilliant surgeon and a very kind man. I'm really sorry that was your experience. The policy is that all rooms are cleaned in between patients and our clinical staff being medical professionals are VERY conscientious about things like that. We will looking into this further. I can promise this is not typical. As far as your review, I'm not sure why it wouldn't allow you to post. As I'm sure you know, we have no control over what is posted on Google...so there are definitely no restrictions. Did you just create your account? Is it possible that Google has a review process before allowing to post? I'm not sure. Thank you for the feedback. I will look into this asap.
