Bottom line: this course is excellent. Ann is extremely knowledgeable in the subject matter, in regards to the classroom material as well as its real-world implications. The course is straightforward, thorough, and Ann puts a lot of effort into making such a volume of material and knowledge as easy to understand as possible. Ann also leverages her experience to give students a true sense of how classroom lessons and knowledge affect real-world scenarios a salesperson may encounter.
