He custom designed the ring I proposed with and was helpful, knowledgeable and patient at each step of the way. Jonathan and his team are awesome. We purchased our wedding bands, I resized my engagement ring and had an antique ring restored. I love, love, love my engagement ring from here. It is amazing! Both of my sister in laws rings are also from here. They are also just as beautiful! This is the only place we will shop for jewelry. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the jewelry can't be beat!

Hi there - the shop is following COVID protocols, including masks being worn by all staff when waiting on clients, cleaning of show cases and door handles after all clients enter/exit, cleaning jewelry after it has been handled by customers, and limiting the number of people in the store at any one time. Thank you! (I work with Jon and the team on marketing.)
Not sure. Give them a call. Very specific experts. They will tell you when the right person is there to meet your needs. The door has a buzzer for your safety and discretion. Very honest and trustworthy. I am going back to have something appraised. If you call ahead they are happy to accommodate you.
