I thought i would never give a bad review but "manager" ROSA would not take my money because it was paid with quarters, if i obviously had bills i would of did that but reality is I'm fukn broke and my kids wanted jack not only did she embarrassed me, they drop some of my change and yes i was in the drive thru cuss it's more convenient for me so i had to use a card which I'm sure i overdraft on now so thanks Rosa!!! JACKNBOX DO BETTER 🤐

Absolutely do not come to this locate after 10 pm. They close at their own discretion if the lines are long. After waiting for 15-20 minutes in drive through line tonight (4/17), when its my turn to make my order, the female rep tells me that they need to close for 10-15 minutes & can I wait in the parking lot. To be clear this wasn't a let me take your order and we'll provide it 10-15 mins, this was a wait 10-15 minutes in the parking lot and then line up again with the other cars-with no one keeping track of who was first in line. Not even an apology or a we'll give you a free drink or discount. I work in Scottsdale & I can tell you that this would NEVER happen there. Unfortunately, this location knows that most of the clientele accepts & is used to this sort of behavior. I'll drive the additional time to a more reliable location in the future. Complete waste of time.

My family and I decided to grab something to eat for dinner so we came to Jack In The Box on 19TH AVE & BROADWAY and ordered a decent amount of food for my family but ended up a waste of all our food when my brother took a bite of his taco only to see a long hair in it after biting it!!!!!! None of us were comfortable with our food afterwards so we tossed it... We not only wasted our money but went to bed hungry.... I hope nobody else experiences this like we did...😔

I love Jack in the Box!!! We don't have them in Florida so when I travel I'm always please when I see one! The food is always made to order and the variety and prices are great! I'm not really a fast food eater so this is saying a lot! 🥰👍🏾
