The worst place ever there customer service is horrible and they need to change they hours the hours online and on there window are not accurate. Monday -Saturday says 9am-8pm but I came at 7pm and got turned around I was told they are closing exactly at 8pm they can not assist me come back another time that was the second time from them I was turned around and they wasn’t no near closing they had no one else waiting so if you decide to come to them come 2 hours early before they will not assist you 1 hour before closing. I feel like that’s so unprofessional I never been to a salon who turn customers around and they not even busy and 1 hour before closing is more than enough time but they need to be reported. And if they can’t handle it they need to change there time online and instore because I feel like that’s not right at all.

If you’re thinking about going here, don’t. I paid $50 for a gel pedicure that chipped 2 days later. I also paid $40 for a fill in with design and not only did my design chip away, multiple nails cracked the same day! I went back and they were willing to fix my toe but would not reimburse me for the fill in. Instead, I was told I needed to be more careful. Good quality products don’t cause problems the same day you get them done! Though the ladies there are kind their nail services are a complete waste of money and time. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else!

If I could zero stars I would! I spent nearly 4 hours in there with my mom not only did the lady cut out nail beds but they also did not protect my nails. As soon as.i left I washed my hands and the paint faded and caused white streaks in my grey/blue.polish. she did not allow the paint to even dry before trying to put more paint and still missed spots somehow, as well as used an excess of glue on my nails. Usually I wouldn't complain however for it to have taken almost 4 hours for sub-par results is ridiculous.

Went in to have three pedicures and cut two of the people having the pedicures one is bleeding and when we brought it to the attention of the owner she said oh sorry there’s nothing they can do the gentleman said it was already like that which it wasn’t and it is now bleeding on both sides and it’s going to get infected. The other client kept bleeding and she continued to spray alcohol on it then painted over it. do not recommend oh horrible service horrible quality never again... When leaving they all began talking in their native language and being nasty .
