Got the worst nexgen, made by a unprofessional lady who takes almost 3 hours of my time, looks like she was practicing on my nails, even when I asked how much was the price for nexgen nails the manager told me 40 dollars plus 5 for white tips ( the manager a rude and low class lady with blonde hair and a super extremely bad mood to attend customers) Charged me 85 dollars for a kind of work that really don’t worth even 20 dollars; when I asked her why she is charging me 85 dollars when she told me the price should be 45 dollars, she simply told me, sorry honey . Never go to that place without asking price first!!! Lack of honesty in that place ….. one customer less dear Karen (blonde girl manager of Versailles nail salon)

Reason for my 3 stars is price and In may opinion misleading information . I’m new to the area and I’m looking for a nail salon that does a good job is clean and has a fair prices . Salon is clean ,how ever one of the things that they offer is a complimentary paraffin with a combo mani+pedi . Nice right ! So went there I did gel mani +reg pedicure I ask my technician about paraffin she implied they don’t do that service any more . Ok so when I went to pay my service it was $62 I think is a little pricey ,I also ask again about the paraffin and the front desk tell me that paraffin only apply for the $40 dollar combo . So even though you get a more expensive service you can not get a complementary paraffin . Overall my nail technician did a good job .

I went there on Thursday for a walk in appointment the older blonde lady in shorts and heels at the desk told me they were all booked up. As I was leaving I heard a customer cancel her appointment that was for 1:15 which was in 15 minutes. I asked about it and she said I could have it and that it was with two different nail technicians. She told me they were okay for hands but I'd need to schedule for the next day to get the ones I'd be absolutely satisfied by for my gel pedicure. I told her I could wait as I was 5 minutes away and personally health wise I prefer to go once a month and look for a nice job (I didn't tell her about my thoughts about chemicals in gel nail process affecting health though) that will be low maintenance. I made the appointment for Friday @ 1:45. I came on Friday 7-16-21 @ 1:20 and was surprised that I was taken back right away for my nails but the hand technician was surprised that she wasn't doing my feet too and I asked her who was doing my feet and she pointed to another nail technician. The nail technicians were professional and supportive but the second nail technician for my toes let me know she would be a little longer and I'd need to wait. I told her it was okay. WELL someone with nail art for their toes instead of a lowly gel pedicure came in and the money greedy shorts and heels lady came to where I was waiting in the pedicure chair with my hands completely done told me there was no way the original nail tech that I had an appointment with because another customer became the priority. Apparently only certain nail technicians are good at nail art. Moneys money I get it but your word should be worth something. The fill in nail tech she gave me was pleasant and did the best she could but was obviously learning. The learning nail technician may have extended my my gel pedicure 5 minutes but the greedy manager wasted hours of my time. When I went to her desk at 4:05 when pedicure was completed and asked her how would she accommodate my inconvenience. I expected 5 dollars off and an apology but all she did was laugh at me and act like inconvenience was a foreign word to her and she laughed in my face. Well that's when I told her that it wasn't her nail technicians but her who lied to me and she needs to treat her customers better. She continued to laugh in my face and said "anything else". This same manager/owner assured me that if I wasn't happy with service I did not need to pay her at all ? I think she must be an owner to treat people that way and still have a job. I asked her how much did I owe her and she said 74 dollars like I told you yesterday. This woman is such a liar we never discussed price when I came in on Thursday but I do remember when I went the first time Tracy who did both my gel manicure and pedicure said 72 and desk woman corrected her and said 74. Tracy no longer works at Versailles nails and spa in Wellington. She had a good spirit so I'm not surprised. Even though I was so disheartened that I need to continue my search for a morale nail salon I gave each technician 6 dollars each when Tracy did it I gave her 15 dollar tip. I feel okay about tipping they did nothing wrong but Versailles nail spa won't get another dime from me. The manager was abhorrently disrespectful. I feel sorry for the nail technicians who have to tolerate her. If the manager doesn't realize getting a simple hand and foot gel manicure pedicure without appointed technicians taking almost 3 hours is an inconvenience she's a poor manager.

I love this salon! My favorite service is the lavender pedicure. The new owners - Jane (Xina) and Diana - are hands on in the salon, making sure that customers are greeted personally and are happy. If you want a treat, ask for Valentina. She is fantastic!

Everyone working there wears a mask. Patrons are required to get their temp taken, wear a mask, & wash their hands before receiving any service. I felt safe.
