This place should be closed down. Not only do they only stay open late sometimes when they’re supposed to be a 24hr location but they go out of their way to turn away customers by blocking the drive thru with a makeshift barrier or by claiming they can’t give change. The guy who took my money had the grimiest fingernails I’ve ever seen and assured me the cook was wearing gloves. I couldn’t even eat my food and didn’t bother getting a refund because I know they wouldn’t even try and be helpful. I’m not going on the Jack in the box website to fill out another form bringing up the same issues. You know this place is not being run up to code so just shut it down. If I get an automated message response from the “owner” it will confirm that you don’t even care. It’s the most laziest form of solving a problem by pretending to care about customer problems. Just shut this location down for good because the problems will never get solved and your food will not be sanitary. The only response I care to see from the owner is that your shutting down.

Worst service ever. They need to train their employees on customer service. Just got home and opened up my breakfast Jack and they were old. The eggs tasted burnt/old and the buns were harder than a rock!! I even tried to call but of course no one answers. Even though they aren’t busy! DO NOT GO THERE ALSO THEY COULDNT EVEN PROVIDE A RECEIPT cause they ran out of paper for the machine! Sounds like they need to get their stuff together and be retrained on how to run a restaurant and how to treat customers

The hours says 24 hours, I went to go order some food and try the new milkshake but the lobby was closed. I'm just really confused because if it's not 24 hours why say your open 24 hours. It's one of the only food places in walking distance too :(

The service was great and the food was awesome. The price was very good. But the assistant manager, (her name was "Alissiya") was great! She was courteous and kind,with willing attitude and smile! My family and I appreciate the service she provided. Thank you Alissiya! (:
