This location is absolutely the worst first lets start off with the look i work next to it and everyday i come by there are homeless sleeping right on the sidewalk of the place its dirty and disgusting on the inside and out next the service the staff here is rude and unhelpful not to mention the fact the the lobby is never open when it says its going to be its says 5am not only online but on the door then when you say anything to them about it they are super rude and reply with well its not our fault we are understaffed i don't own a car and not on multiple accounts i have ordered through the app with no way to receive my food which is ridiculous no place have i ever seen in a state like this i am now no longer going to be taking my business there and my staff wont be as well most of us go everyday but we have all decided that we will no longer be going there till this is fixed we would rather have one of the staff members take a break and go pick up food from somewhere else cause its just not ok to have3 this keep happing on a daily basis

They don’t even follow the orders if you put them online. You pay to get food done the way a customer likes it no? Instead they have a bunch of workers that are super lazy and just slap whatever on without reading what the online order needs. We pay so you also get paid. So get the job done. Simple as that.

Worst jack I've ever gone to. The night shift wanna be manager was the rudest most useless person I've ever dealt with. Placed a mobile order and had all the confirmation necessary including proof that they had already charged my card and everything and they still refused to fill my order because their pos system doesn't work properly . Don't even bother spending your money here, this location is absolutely disgusting and so is the staff.
