Awesome custom bagel shop. They make everything right in front of you so it's always fresh. Pretty decent prices for what you get so you'll for sure have a full tummy. Will recommend and return!

Spent about $10 on the lox box bagel and it didn't come with the capers like the online menu said it would have. The everything bagel has the same amount if flavor as a store bought bagel. The cream cheese was really good (garlic and herb). The Salmon was nice. The staff was friendly and quick. May or May not go back.

Hi again! All bagels are baked in an oven because they are a bread product. Before baking there are two methods of preparation: steam or boil. We choose to steam our bagels because it gives us the texture we love (meaning chewy but not so chewy that it’s like bread bubble-gum.) Everyone has their personal favorite and we bake our bagels the way we love to enjoy them.
