Ordered a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger (no pickle), order taker verifies the no pickle with me in the drive thru, what is on my burger when I get home?? Yep pickles! I was the only person they had. I know this a minor thing but it gets old when constantly happens!

I will honestly never use this location again. They are always closed or short staffed and never put up a closed sign or indicate they are closed. Showed up at 6:45 for a quick breakfast sandwich and waited five minutes before someone came to the window and said they are closed because they were the only person there. At least put up a note. No apology or any type of response other than we are closed. They should just tear down this location for good and save people the trouble of the attempt.

This location is notorious for closing due to being "Understaffed". I pulled up to the drive thru and i was told over the intercom that this location is not taking orders due to being short staffed. When i was leaving i saw 3 people inside. How many staff members does it take to operate a drive thru with a closed lobby? This location needs major improvement.

It's 6:15pm on a Monday and their drive thru is blocked off yet again....for the 6th night in a row. It was open when I drove by 10 minutes ago, now the trash can is blocking it. Usually this happens much later in the evening. I wonder exactly how much money they are losing because people aren't stopping to go inside, they just leave to go eat somewhere that values their customers. Bad form, Jack!

I don't know that they are closed on friday nights some businesses closed due to the area the high crime but this is not the case 40th Street and Bell is a good location but it may just be to do their inventory and restock from their delivery trucks
Go into the Jack in the box, when they are slow. Like between 10 and 11 or 2 to 4:30. Ask to see the manager and talk to them face to face to see what's available. Then fill out the application if there is any openings. He'll remember you when hiring or interviewing. Do you'll get a call back. If they don't call you. You need to call the manager back after a few days and tell them that you are just checking in to see if they have made any decisions yet. They like "eager employees to be" It shows that you want the job
