Just left 25th Ave and Glendale and the WORST experience EVER! The guy at the speaker wouldn't let me say 2 words to say my order and then when I finally got it out, I asked him to repeat it and he got mad. Then got to the window, handed a $50 bill to pay and she shut window on me and I had to convince 2nd worker to give me change! All of them were talking bad, loudly, not one had a name tag. Asked for manager and of course they are there, but not available! I will never go back!

I went to jack in the box the other night and i have to say the night shift is highly unprofessional and incompetent. i orders two tacos for my husband and an impossible burger for me BUT THEY GAVE ME A BURGER WITH REGULAR MEAT!!!! luckily i noticed before eating too much of it but still ended up sick in the bathroom for HOURS. I ended up going back immediately and was called a liar because I had no receipt even though i was there not even an hour before. one young woman with pinkish hair and glasses (she said her name was yesenia) was extremely helpful in resolving this issue but the two heavyset women were rude and disrespectful during my entire visit. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Worst EVER!! Drove all the way over there, sat in line in drive thru for 15 minutes and paid $15.00 for a value fry, value nugget and a bait-and-switch chicken sandwich. I ordered a $7.00 sandwich and I get a dollar chicken patty on a bun- plain and dry! But at least they put it inside the big sandwich box that the sandwich I ACTUALLY ORDERED COMES IN so I THOUGHT I was getting what I paid for! Nothing like wasting your time and spending hard earned money AND GETTING RIPPED OFF BY SOME JERK WHO GETS HIS LAUGHS BY SHORTING ORDERS ALL NIGHT. TOP IT OFF WITH THEM REFUSING TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO TAKE YOUR COMPLAINT AND POSSIBLY MAKE THE ORDER RIGHT NEXT TIME YOU DRIVE ALL THE WAY OVER THERE. SOOTHING. YEP, THAT'S HOW I FEEL RIGHT NOW. We waited in the drive through line for a couple of lines. Not only did the person taking the order just not take it but it seemed like something was broke with the speaker. After trying to order through the window, the person at the window rudely said we needed to order at the speaker without even letting us explain. On top of that, the person was going to talk to us but clearly wasn't ready and was speaking to their coworkers while having the window open.
