HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR WORK. Their workers damaged our property and they refused to repair our new French drains. This was after we were given the run around for 6 MONTHS and then a random woman and her small child were sent to our house only to find out they never submitted our permits. We had no clue that they don’t do their own work and instead outsource everything to random civilians that can’t follow instructors. They refuse to give you a set date for install. They won’t return calls. And they require THOUSANDS in advance just to make you wait HALF A CALENDAR YEAR. This company should NEVER be used, and I hope someone from their office reads this and decides to finally get back to myself or my wife. DO NOT WASTE YOU’RE MONEY.

My ministry ordered a custom built gate the fabrication was good . They delivered the gate with no problems considering it was shipped almost 100 miles

I had an absolutely incredible customer service experience beginning to end with Mills Fence Co. From the receptionist who warmly took my information and explained timelines for a return call, to the knowledgeable, friendly, and patient sales associate ( Jon Knechtly) who arrived on time to give me an estimate, with product samples and answers to all of my questions. Jon followed up promptly with pricing and options and worked with me on scheduling. Then the icing on the cake, Javier and his installation team kept me informed and verified how I wanted everything several times to ensure everything was perfect. They were extremely conscientious workers and left everything clean and tidy after installation was complete. The Ultra fence product they used, was far superior to the product we installed previously from a competitor. Bottom line.... five star experience, these guys are THE best!
