If I were you for taxation purposes any business that I create I would keep each one of them separate with their own EIN numbers through the IRS. It's also way cheaper on Business Insurance when each business is its own entity.
You may want to seek legal counsel to determine the best way to structure your business. If you plan to have a separate entity, you may need to file a new LLC, but if you want to use multiple business names for the same LLC, then the existing LLC can file a Trade Name Registration (Form 534A) for $39.
