Drove 40 minutes to get a birth cert printed out and their hours say open online. They neglected to update to say closed to the public. So wasted my time and I paid for parking.

Very fast unbelievable 💯💗

Drove all the way here and they are closed. The mayor mandated masks so fine. Everything else is open so there is no reason for this.

You will have to contact the state where you were born, for information on same day service. You are unable to obtain your birth, like say from Florida and you live in Ohio...you can't get it in Ohio, only from Florida.
You go through the Franklin County Courts. https://info.legalzoom.com/steps-legally-change-name-20369.html
You would get a copy of the divorce record from the county clerk of courts office, where you filed the divorce in.
You are asking a question of the Google Community not the staff or management of the Ohio Dept. Of Vital Statistics. I would call an ask them. However, I feel this would fall under the Franklin County Coroner's Office or whatever county your Mom passed away in. I seriously doubt anyone is going to have an autopsy report from over 50 years ago.
Same thing happened to me too!
If you're not going down there in person then you will need to pick up the phone and call them. I'm sure they will give you step by step directions. Heck, they probably even have a section on there website that deals with this.
