Elderly homebound person needs updated state ID to obtain benefits. State ID's extended to July 1, 2021 due to COVID19. BMV not doing homebound visits. Ohio Department of Aging refers to county area agency on aging who has no knowledge of the program. No ID means no benefits!

I haven’t experienced it but so much for beating people up and lying for it.. not cool at all. People shouldn’t even be going to this place and if you don’t listen to what’s happened follow my Instagram @_brockshunny to check my story and get it like that! You shouldn’t be beating people up this department is for looking after old people not beating people up and tryna get away with it by lying and saying she fell off a chair! I’m almost 14 years ooollldd get it right will you! It’s already viral so your gonna get caught anyway, good luck trying! More like a no star experience

We automatically mail Golden Buckeye cards to Ohio residents with a current Ohio Driver License or ID card in or before the month of their 60th birthdays. If you have a license or ID card, but do not automatically receive your Golden Buckeye card, it may be because your mailing address on file with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles is incorrect. If that is the case, call toll-free 1-866-301-6446 during normal business hours to provide the correct information and request your card be re-sent. If you do not have a Driver License or state ID card, or if you did not receive your card for unknown reasons, you can apply for a Golden Buckeye card at most senior centers and public libraries. Please bring with you proof of age, residency and disability (if appropriate).
