So far it’s been good speaking with the business office to get an LLC. They were very helpful.

Thanks for your question! You can go to OhioBusinessCentral.gov to form a new LLC. There are no limits to the number of entities that can be filed by an individual. Ohio law permits an existing LLC to file an amendment to have a series LLC which may be an option if you want the second LLC to be a series of the first LLC. Alternatively, the first LLC could be the entity authorizing the formation of the second LLC. If you need assistance, please call 877-767-3453.
Mollie - Thanks for your question. A nonprofit must file Form 525B to Reinstate following a cancellation for Failure to File a Certificate of Continued Existence. You can go to OhioBusinessCentral.gov and log into your profile or create a profile and select “Update an Existing Business” and search for your nonprofit and select the “Reinstatement” option from the list of forms available at the bottom of the screen. The fee is $25 and you can pay by credit card. The entity will immediately be returned to active status upon submission of this form. If you have additional questions, please call our office at 614-644-2655.
If I were you for taxation purposes any business that I create I would keep each one of them separate with their own EIN numbers through the IRS. It's also way cheaper on Business Insurance when each business is its own entity.
Google How to renew your notary seal in Ohio or call a local copyright lawyer.
I have no idea. Sorry
It is in the middle of your certificate. If you lost it then go to the secretary of the state website and on business search type your business name and then click on it, the next page has all the information you need.
I can't tell if you're trying to register with the state... If so, I believe you'll need to follow the application process here: https://notary.ohiosos.gov/
You can now request an absentee ballot until May 26th. Contact your County Board of Elections for an application.
Look online or the Board of Elections for your county
You can go online under the business services section in the Secretary of States office. Or you could personally go to the main office in Columbus and do it in person and receive a certified copy of it. I personally prefer certified copies. They all are very nice people down there.
Yes, the people at the secretary of state are very helpful
No but local county boards of elections are open certain Saturday's during early voting
The registration reset list in on our website at sos.state.oh.us . Or you can contact your county board of elections to check your registration.
Usually 2 to three days but you can pay for an expedited filing
It depends. Call the Attorney General's office for details on this
I would call them to confirm, but I believe it would be 180 E Broad Street, 15th floor, Columbus, OH 43215.
During work hours your employer sets the policies. It also depends on the nature of your job and whether you are required to perform that function as a part of it. For a definitive answer you would need to consult private legal counsel
File a dissolution with the office, can be done online
In a general election
Contact your county auditor
No ,the law was pass as of October 1 2020 that only the back plate is allowed not the front anymore.
