I was there 8/22-8/24. They are currently available by reservation. You can sign up at the check-in desk for various time slots. They said it was to promote social distancing and enhanced cleaning procedures.

Yes Beth. We were there the middle of the month and the Jacuzzis were available. You just have to uncover and cover them back up yourselves.
