Entire room was dirty, there were bugs in the windowsill and everywhere. Opened the fridge and there was some kind of syrup from the last guest. Beds had some kind of stains everywhere along with the curtains. Bathroom also left a lot to be desired. Any other hotel will give you better service than this. Absolutely horrible.

It was bad from the beginning. We arrived around 9:30pm. Even though we had booked a room weeks ago, they were overbooked and apparently had no room ready for us except for one that had not yet been cleaned. The evening front desk clerk was very nice and offered to clean the room (which did happen and it’s the only reason this review is not a one star). About 10 minutes after we got into the room there was a knock on the door and someone tried to open our door. The person was gone by the time we looked through the peep-hole. This was unsettling. Then, the final “nail in the coffin”: Around 5:50am the next morning, there was a random phone call that came from the hotel room phone and the ringer was very loud. We don’t know if it was a prank call or if somebody set a wake up call but for all we knew but it woke all of us up from a sound sleep. It was very frustrating. Then just 10 minutes after the call happened and we were all finally settling back to sleep, there was a knock on the door, which woke us up again and this time for good. The overall experience was very unpleasant and we will not be staying here again.

Positive: The rooms were actually nice & big. If the bathroom was cleaned better, the room would have gotten a 8/10. Negative: TV did not work (she tried to reset it and then said "sorry"). The hot tub was closed (changed out the water?). The juice machine was "out of order". No cream cheese for the bagels. Bathroom in room was dirty (hair). There was a big dog in the office

I booked 5 days here and as the star ratings say, "It's okay". They don't do any sort of room service, ie take out trash, make beds, change towels, etc. because of Covid but 2 years later I say that's a poor excuse.I would expect if staying multi days that there would be room service. Staff was nice. Rooms are outdated and could use a remodle. Like the star review says, "It's okay".
