Front desk staff was friendly and Lobby was clean and neat. Our rooms upstairs were probably some of the worst I’ve been in. Kept finding trash on the floors, stains covered the carpets, curtains and shower curtain. It seemed like they were just doing the bare minimum in cleaning these rooms. Pictures online are very misleading. I would never stay here again. Housekeeping staff seemed annoyed by requests for new towels. I completely understand that majority of people in customer service positions feel overworked because of staffing shortages, but it still is not an excuse for a poor experience and bad attitude. Prices were affordable, but I would pay more for a better experience somewhere else.

Positive: Location was fine and hostess at breakfast was great. Negative: Could not get room service to refresh our room for the entire 3 days asked every day for a refresh and had to go get fresh towels every day. Even tho front desk assured us that the staff noted it. Also room phones were both out of order and weren¿t fix

My boss booked this place. Check-in was fine. Upon entering the second floor, I was overcome with the smell of weed (in non-smoking rooms of course). Room felt dirty, lamp shades askew, crud on the remote control. The toilet had pooled pee stains on the base. Black hair on toilet and bathroom floor. Breakfast lady looked exasperated as she got food out as people were already wanting breakfast a few minutes before 6:30 am. Full breakfast not out until about 6:40 then there were crowds - the dining area tables had not been wiped / sanitized for new guests from day, night before. In my room I could hear the people walking around in the room above.....definitely would not stay here again. There are much cleaner hotels nearby.

A beautiful & clean place to stay. Beds are comfy and the heater worked well in our room. But don't make the same mistake I did: check to see if their pool is open first! It didn't say anything online about the pool/hot tub being open so I assumed it was. It was still a nice place to rest & the breakfast was delicious!

Hotel doesnt provide any shuttle service but uber does operate there
Hi Faith, Yes, as Judith has answered above, we do charge a $35 pet fee, per pet. This pet fee covers each stay up to 7 days. We do apologize that you thought this was too much, Judith.
