Stopped to try the strawberry frostie. Not for us, prefer the old standard chocolate. Staff was great, they were having some kind of water? Problem, but served us quickly before closing.

Placed an online order and chose to pick up in store. lobby door was locked & called several times with no answer. I had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes & i asked if the food was fresh & she didn’t know and basically refused to remake my food. I understand places are short staffed but there shouldn’t be an option to pick up in store or at least answer the phones if Lobby is going to be locked. Terrible experience

Consistently, when you pull up to this place their staff is all outside smoking. When you pull up they all run in to make your food. It just kinda seems gross.

If the lobby is closed, there shouldn’t be an option to pick up in the lobby for online ordering. Or there should be specific instructions on how to pick up. There was no sign on the door or anything. I had to call them and they said they would bring it out to me. So I’m standing in the hot sun waiting for them to bring it out. My vehicle is too big to go through drive thru so I depend on pick up or lobby ordering. The man was nice when delivering the order to me.
