Appointments are not needed, but they guarantee you will be seen at or close to that time. As far as fast service - they will tell you when you get there how long it will take, how long to get in etc. They're supposed to get appointments in right away, but sometimes problems come up (technician issues, parts availability, etc). It does get you priority over walk in's and allows the shop to plan on you coming. As far as the quick service guarantee, if you feel the wait and or service time is unacceptable, the District Manager extension is on the front door, and he can assist within 24 hours to make it right. Usually the Manager at the store can make sure you are satisfied and will take steps to ensure you leave happy.
