Management and employees must have changed lately. Customer service is poor and lack communication. I asked for a standard oil change. After doing the oil change, tried to charge me over $100 and told me they only do premium oil changes. Then had an issue with a wheel. They told me on a Saturday that it was unsafe to drive on it and to bring it in. Brought it in on Monday morning and told me I had to make an appointment and couldn’t fit me in until Wednesday. When I told him about the conversation on Saturday and that they said it was unsafe to drive, the guy just shrugged his shoulders. This used to be my go-to place for my cars. Never again!

Nothing but good stuff to say. Took my truck in for new tires and Jason the service manager did the work himself. He took extra care and did a great job. I was worried about getting the rims scratched up, but he was perfect, not a scratch. The balance was excellent. Truck drives like new. I was so impressed and satisfied I took my Nissan Murano in and he balanced all the tires on it. Great job on it. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this Mavis Tire Dealer.
