We have had all of our tire purchases/fixes for all of our vehicles here and never had an issue until now. We had new tires put on my son's vehicle. They put the weights on the outside of his black rims which definitely looked terrible. We went back and had them take them off and put then on the inside. Now his rims are all scratched. Unacceptable!

I had a great experience at this location. Leo was the advisor who assisted me. When I realized I had to purchase four new tires, I asked if there were any available rebates. He was originally not able to find one for the tires I needed but while I was waiting for my car he came over and said he was able to find a valid rebate. I appreciated that he went the extra mile and looked again. Also I was at the store less than an hour total including the original consultation, purchase of the tires, and installation. That was much less than I expected. I did book an appointment first via the website.
