This used to be a KOA no longer is. I saw someone talk about length of rig being an issue. We are 41 feet plus bike rack on the back and we managed our site (3) with no problem. Looks to be quite a few that would work for this size. The views are beautiful and the park is clean and quiet. Slight road noise is mostly during the daylight hours and it's dull. Staff is friendly.

Stayed at the deluxe cabin was very nice. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities very clean. We stay at deluxe cabin onr...total privacy.....fire pit and charcoal grill. Nice little shop for some necessities. Staff very nice and helpful!

We tried to stay at this location in a 42' Fifth Wheel with slide outs on both sides. Apparently the call center does not know that the largest rig to comfortably fit in this park is 36' Fifth Wheel and maybe a 38' coach. The roads were very tight and we were not able to get to either of the sites available. While dodging some decorative boulders, we got into some bushes and a tree. ON A POSITIVE NOTE: The customer service by Amanda and Amberly was superior!! After helping to get us free, (thank you Jason) they found a sister park that had space for us.

Friendly staff and check in was quick and easy. I had a camping spot (T21), for 2 nights, which was huge and the showers/restrooms were a 1 minute walk away, very practical. They were very clean and I hardly came across anyone in them. The Resort was about 80% full I would say. It was quiet and could hardly hear road noise. The only issue I had was the electrical outlet on the camping site was not working and I forgot to mention it to them before leaving. If I was going to hike again in Bryce or Grand Staircase I would definitely come back here !
